Due to public health regulations we cannot accept any returns unless they are:

§  Unopened – a 25% restocking fee will be assessed for any return that is not defective.

§  No refund will be issues for any product if it is not received within 20 days from return authorization confirmation

§  No refunds will be issues for any DVDs. We will be glad to replace if DVD is defective.

§  No refunds will be issued for Pyrex/Glass products due to the fact that they are custom pieces.

 

However if a product is mechanically defective, we will be glad to replace the product. Allow up to 3 weeks to replace your item(s).

All returned products must have a return authorization. Email us at dafuzed@dafuzed.com or submit your information under the Contact Us link with the following information:

1.      Name as shown on the billing receipt

2.      Date of purchase

3.      Reason for return

We will email you with an authorization number and shipping return address. Product has to be received within 20 days of the authorization confirmation date. Once the product is received, your credit/debit card will be credited. Any credits to be issued will take place within 7 business days of receiving of the return.
