1. How long will it take for my package to ship? 
    On average we ship within 24-48 hours of an order and you should receive it within 7-10 business days. If your item is not in stock it will take longer.
2. Is the packaging discreet? 
    Packaging is plain. There is no mention of the contents or company name. Discreetly billed on credit card statement as 'DF' when paying by Visa/Mastercard.
3. What happens if my product is out of stock? 
    If an item becomes out of stock after you have placed your order, we will contact you to give you an option to cancel your order or fulfill it after the item is stocked.
4. Can you tell me the status of my order? 
    At this time you could email us and we could provide you with the status and a delivery confirmation number. Please provide date of order and full name.
5. What should I do if I have a special request over my order? 
    If you have a special request, please let us know in the Special Comments box.
6. What if the item I receive is defective or broken? 
    If the item is defective or broken, please email us using the Contact Us link; we will be glad to provide an exchange or refund. You must contact us within 72 hours from delivery
7. Do you have a catalog? 
    No. All items can be found on the website.
8. What if you don't have a specific Item I'm looking for? 
    If you are looking for a specific item or if we are out of stock, please email us and we?ll try our best to place a special order.
9. Not finding the answer you are looking for?
